Thnx Babe Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

We want every mama, mini, and family member to love their Western-inspired pieces.

Made-to-Order Products

Because all Thnx Babe items are print-on-demand, every piece is created just for you the moment you order it. This helps us keep waste low and quality high — but it also means we can only accept returns in specific circumstances.

Returns

We can accept returns only if there is an issue with your order, such as:

  • A defect
  • A misprint
  • A damaged item
  • A wrong item received
  • If this happens, email us within 30 days at thxbabeco@gmail.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short description of what went wrong

Once we review your request, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund if eligible based on our production partner’s policies.

Non-Returnable Items

Because everything is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Personalized/custom items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away.
Email thxbabeco@gmail.com within 30 days, and include:

  • Photos of the product and issue
  • Your order number
  • The packaging if damaged

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Because items are produced individually, we cannot offer traditional exchanges.

If the issue is printing-related or a mistake on our end, we will replace it.
If you’d like a different size or style, you’ll need to place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and review your claim, we’ll let you know whether a refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method
  • Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at thxbabeco@gmail.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order for any reason.

However, items still must be:

  • Unworn / unused
  • In original packaging
  • Tagged
  • Not customized or personalized

Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for return.
